Cool Hill Park is a small,
homeowners association,
made up of 66 lots, and is located on Lauderdale Lakes in Elkhorn, WI
Our community enjoys a private, members only park located off of Blackfoot Circle with a
beach/swimming area, member assigned pier slips, and kayak racks.
We are a close-knit community, with a genuinely friendly atmosphere.
